Local tips: Fuengirola is fortunate to be steeped in history with remnants of the Romans, Phoenicians and the Moors - monuments such as Sohail Castle - recently refurbished it makes for a very pleasant cultural visit and a relaxing few hours.

Hi Gardenia Park Hotel features 230 rooms, decorated with a modern feel; all are equipped with bathroom, balcony or terrace, telephone, safe deposit box, air-conditioning (heating in winter) and maid service. Disabled rooms are available on request. Safe deposit box has a charge.

Food, drink and entertainment; meals are served in the main restaurant; snacks are available in the restaurant between main meals.
Sports, games and activities;2 swimming pools (1 heated in winter), sun terrace with ample supply of sun loungers and parasols, sauna, Jacuzzi, water polo, keep fit, badminton, pool table, television room, French bowls, billiards, table tennis, archery, shooting, competitions shuffleboard and java lot. Please note that between 15.12.09-31.01.10 work is being carried out at the Gardenia Park to replace the balcony railings of rooms overlooking the pool area. During this period only half of the swimming pool area will be in use. The work is screened off and secure, however, some noise and visual disturbance may be experienced at times, particularly in areas close to the work.
