Positions Available....

Homeworkers - Travel Advisors

Operating from a home office, using the latest technology you will use your knowledge and experience to book the customers holiday to short-haul, long-haul and cruise destinations.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will use your sales experience to convert leads generated from our call centre, mainly booking 'dynamic packages'.

Main Responsibilities

• Use your own product knowledge and experience to book holidays to destinations worldwide including 'dynamic packages'.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Retain and build repeat customers
• Convert sales calls into bookings.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years ABTA travel sales experience out of the last 5.
• Excellent product knowledge especially of key knowledge areas including the Mediterranean, Canary Islands and Egypt.
• Knowledge of Travel systems, IT and keyboard skills.
• Experience of 'dynamically packaging' holidays using various suppliers, bed banks and low cost airlines.

• Ability to work individually and within a wider team
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure repeat custom.
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales & target driven.
• Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.
