The Apartments
Ses Gavines is a set of 14 apartments arranged in two blocks of 7 apartments each one, 3 to ground floor, 3 at the first floor and 1 duplex. All apartments have individual terrace. The duplexes have the same surface but distributed on two floor connected by a spiral staircase, and two balconies but smaller.
There is a pool with shower, a small garden and easy access to the beach. The ambiance is familiarly.
The apartments are located in the residential Porto Cristo Novo, around Cala Anguila, a beautiful south-facing beach, with crystalline waters and just two minutes walk from the apartments, in a very calm and familiar surrounding, ideal for the children.
At the urbanization there are tennis courts for rent, and a small shopping centre, about 300 m away, with restaurants and supermarkets. In the area there are other beaches such as Cala Mendía, which can be accessed on foot by a walkway around or swimming. At the same Cala Anguila beach there is a nice beach bar-restaurant where you can eat at lunchtime in a swimsuit. And in Cala Mandia another that is also open at night.
2.5 km from the apartments is the picturesque village of Porto Cristo with its marina and fishing port and a variety of services: restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket (Eroski, Hyper Center), medical centre, market in the street every Sunday, library, schools of sailing and deep-sea diving, caves of Drach and Hams, aquarium, rent of sailboats, excursions maritime to virgin beaches accessible only by sea, and so on.
