Domus Aventina

This modern hotel is located on Aventino Hill amidst the Municipal Rose Garden and the famous Orange Garden. It lies in one of the most beautiful districts of Rome, far from the noise of the city, but near all the significant monuments. It is just 10 minutes from the hotel to the famous Colosseum. The Mithraeum, the Circus Maximus, the Forum Romanum, the Santa Prisca church (all of which can be seen from all room windows in the hotel), and the Caracalla thermal baths are all located nearby. Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) is some 25 km away, while it is about 30 km to Ciampino airport.

Renovated in 2005, the air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 26 rooms spread over 3 floors. The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a currency exchange desk and a safe. A breakfast room and a café are also on offer within the hotel. Laundry and medical services (both for an additional fee) complete the offerings, and a garage and a car park are on offer to guests arriving by car (charges apply).

The soundproofed rooms all feature an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. A direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and Internet access are offered. A double bed, carpeted floors, and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
