The Eco Resort of the Siriti springs from a bio-architectural project based on the highest principles of eco-sustainability, in an environment that preserves the characteristics of rurality. For the construction of the structure, natural materials such as wood and stone have been favored. The Resort, through a complex cogeneration system, produces electricity, chilled water for the conditioning of the structure and domestic hot water with the help of solar panels, reducing emissions into the atmosphere. The waters are recovered and reused on the farm for irrigation of orchards. Most of the food used for the preparation of the dishes comes from the farm of the Resort, obtained in accordance with local tradition.
