The Grand Hôtel de l'Opéra, a symbol of art de vivre, is one of the most renowned hotels in Toulouse. Located in the heart of the pink city on Capitole Square, the hotel boasts a rich history dating back to the 17th century. Originally a monastery during the Renaissance, the building later became the Lycée de la Révolution. It then housed the Toulouse Opera Dance School, allowing its talented students easy access to the Theatre du Capitole across the street. In 1980, this remarkable building was transformed into a sumptuous 4-star boutique hotel, combining modern amenities with the charm of a Toulousian mansion. In 1996, a fire damaged a significant portion of the hotel, but it was later acquired and restored to its full splendor by Rouleau Hotellerie. The interior design, magnified by Elisabeth Drapeau, creates a peaceful haven where our team looks forward to welcoming you.
