A la carte menu is available at a supplement (Dress code requires smart casual). The chefs of the hotel are renowned both for the quality of their preparation and their imaginative presentation, making every visit a gastronomical feast. Pegasus Brasserie offers a casual setting for a more informal dining experience, with French and Mediterranean cuisine. The Club Bar is the place to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail on the veranda, or after dinner to savour a fine brandy and an aromatic cigar, smoked in the comfort of an authentic colonial atmosphere with soft background music. Palm Court lounge offers drinks, snacks and traditional afternoon tea, while at guests’ disposal there is also the Bastion pool bar & restaurant (open seasonally). Pegasus Brasserie opening hours are for lunch (daily from 12:00 – 15:00) and for dinner (daily from 18:30 – 22:00).

The Phoenicia Malta offers a range of sports and leisure facilities that includes the opportunity to plunge into the all-year-round fresh water swimming pool (heated in winter) or jacuzzi, accessible through seven acres of terraced gardens, or the chance to work out in the Phoenicia’s fitness room to help tone up those muscles.
