The newest apartment building is located directly in the corner of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg, currently the hippest Berliner district. The area around the water tower and Kollwitzplatz are perfect for walks through the numerous small streets with their small shops, boutiques and galleries. Afterwards, guests can enjoy themselves in one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Also easily reached are Alexanderplatz and the television tower, as well as the classical Berlin boulevard "Unter den Linden" with Museum Island and the Brandenburger Tor.
The entire building was renovated with love and retrieved exhaustively details like French doors and original hardwood floors. The building has an elevator to the apartments for the convenience of guests.
