The Rockley has been reimagined as an experiential, urban hotel bursting with personality that seeks to connect our guests as intimately as we can with the community around us and to showcase and celebrate all that makes Barbados and this part of the island so special – it’s people, food, art, music and culture; not forgetting the amazing beach that is located directly across from the hotel. The hotel interiors include a collection of local art, iconic Bajan items like the Bus Stop Sign, playful Bajan sayings and thoughtful locally crafted amenities, all designed to give the Rockley a real sense of place. In this new iteration The Rockley’s reception, restaurant, pool deck and public spaces have all been upgraded and repurposed adding an “art for the people” gallery, an outdoor covered bar area with a Beach Club vibe, a funky air-conditioned interior dining area perfect for grabbing a quick snack or coffee and a fully equipped fitness room, play space and guest hospitality suite.
