The hotel is located in the sea resort of St. Vlas, 35 km from Bourgas and 7 km from Nessebar. It is situated on the seafront, about 1.5 km from restaurants, bars and night clubs. It covers an area of 12,000 m² and it comprises three main buildings. The Marina Dinev Yacht Club, the most modern five-star yacht club on the Black Sea coast, is located right in front of the hotel. There is a bus station about 500 m from the hotel and the train station in Bourgas is about 35 km away. Bourgas Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel and Varna Airport is approximately 58 km away.
