Guyers House Hotel

Surrounded by six acres of landscaped gardens, Guyers House Hotel & Restaurant is a charming, privately-owned country house hotel located just eight miles outside Bath, and a mile from the pretty town of Corsham. Situated within a handsome 17th-century stone building, it boasts a well-respected restaurant, and guests can also enjoy the hotel’s tennis court, croquet lawn and small fitness pavilion, as well as plenty of local walks. For dining, the restaurant serves a delicious daily breakfast, followed by modern British cooking at lunch and dinner, while afternoon tea is also available – served in the garden on sunny days, and by the fireside in winter. There is also the panelled Stable Bar for drinks and a bar menu, as well as comfortable reception rooms in which to relax. Each of the 37 guestrooms is individually decorated and furnished, with an attractive view, and includes an en-suite bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee making facilities.
