La Ruta de Cabrales

The hotel "La Ruta de Cabrales" is in the town of "Mestas de Con", in the council of Cangas de Onís. 15 minutes from Covadonga, and in a very central position to get to know the Picos de Europa and all of eastern Asturias. From reception we will be happy to lend you a hand. We accept pets in the room for 6e per night. Its motel-style layout around a private indoor car park, surrounded by garden areas, gives it a point of privacy. You can park right in front of your room.

The little town of “Mestas de Con” has a couple of restaurants that we think are highly recommended: “Casa María” and “San Martín”. You can take a look at them on Tripadvisor. The first of them is very suitable for breakfast, and opens its doors at 9. In addition, there is also the typical small town store where you can buy all kinds of groceries, and which opens at 8. It is especially recommended to take food for excursions or for the room. San Martin is very pleasant to have dinner in its garden or have a drink if you don't want to drive. All this is located a few meters from the hotel. It is also located in a very pleasant rural setting to go for a walk or go for a walk along the adjoining paths with your pets.

We are right in the center of eastern Asturias, in a fantastic position to get to know everything this area has to offer: Covadonga and the lakes, Cangas de Onís, Arriondas with its descent of the Sella in Canoa, the Cabrales region and all the Picos de Europa in general, in addition to the coastal councils of Ribadesella and Llanes.
